Enjoy a Strength Training Program which is divided into 3 phases alongside your 3 Trimesters, with every exercise designed to meet you where you are in your pregnancy.
Energy levels and physical ability changes throughout your pregnancy, movements and intensity of our session together will be adjusted accordingly as you progress through your pregnancy. Listening to your body is paramount and supplemental Restorative Work & Active Recovery will be included for you to perform on non-gym days.
